Terms of Use
In case of divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of Allinks, the tool for building your link-in-bio page at allinks.me. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Allinks.
1. The service
Allinks lets you create, customise and publish one or more pages gathering your links, and follow visit and click reports. The service may evolve: we may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Account and sign-up
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out in your account.
- You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Minors must be assisted by their guardians.
- Tell us immediately if your account is used without authorisation.
3. Plans
Allinks may offer free and paid plans with different limits and features. The conditions of each plan are presented at sign-up. We may adjust plan features and limits, announcing material changes with reasonable notice.
4. Your content
You remain the owner of the content you publish (text, links, images and other material). By using Allinks you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content for the sole purpose of operating the service and serving your pages to the public.
You represent that you hold the necessary rights over what you publish and are solely responsible for that content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Allinks to:
- publish illegal, defamatory or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- distribute malware, phishing, spam or fraudulent schemes;
- infringe intellectual property or other people's privacy;
- attempt to bypass limits, authentication or the isolation between accounts, or to overload the infrastructure;
- reserve or use addresses (slugs) in bad faith, including reserved terms or ones impersonating third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, the Allinks brand, the design and the code are owned by us or licensed to us. These Terms transfer no rights over the Allinks brand or technology, other than the right to use the service as set out here.
7. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, pose a security risk or require compliance with a legal obligation. Whenever possible, we will give notice first.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or fit for any specific expectation. You use Allinks at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allinks is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or content published by users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When that happens, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after the changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, where applicable.
